The Photo shows the Memorial Dedication to the 31 Troopers who have been killed in the line of duty since the Patrol was founded in 1931. This display, along with vehicles, and equipment used throughout the history of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, as well as educational displays and simulators can be found in the Colonel Alvin R. Lubker Memorial Safety and Education Center, located in the basement of the Patrol's General Headquarters at 1510 East Elm Street, Jefferson City, Missouri. Admission is free and the hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
