Helping those left behind.....to move forward
Colonel Al Lubker was Superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol when the vision for MASTERS began. Through his determination and the dedication of our founders; Fred Weber, Jr. and John Fabick, Jr. of Saint Louis, Tom Graham and Chris Graham, Jefferson City; they brought the dream of "Caring for the family left behind" into a reality. In December, 1979 the membership was 261. Today, eight of our Charter Members are still active members, and we have a total membership of over 1,600. Caring for and our commitment to the families who gave so much has never wavered.
